What a Sunday is like

The only rule is love.

  1. Come as you are.

Sweatpants, Sunday best, pajamas under a coat. Nobody is checking.

  2. Move how you move.

Stand, sit, lie down, pace, rock, step out and come back. It’s all worship.

  3. Make the sounds you make.

A shout, a hum, a laugh at the wrong moment. God hears every one of them as praise.

  4. Bring who you bring.

Caregivers, aides, kids, service animals and the friend who drove you are all welcome.

  5. Take what you need.

Large-print song sheets, a quiet seat, headphones, a snack, a break. Just ask.
